Zach has a lifelong history with Shaker Logistics, starting as a part-time warehouse worker when he was just 14 years old. As the son of the company’s founder, Zach has always had a personal investment in Shaker’s success—a passion he continues to embody every day. In his role as COO, Zach analyzes processes and procedures, seeking opportunities for Shaker to improve and help our customers impress their own clients.

He thrives on leading complex projects that push Shaker to excel, driving the team to create innovative solutions for unique logistics challenges, and keeping Shaker at the forefront of the industry.

With nearly 30 years at Shaker, Zach has worn many hats across various sectors, including air freight, international logistics, freight brokerage, asset-based trucking (including fleet management), and warehousing. His diverse background and expertise allows him to step in and provide hands-on support to the team whenever necessary
