Megan joined Shaker Logistics in 2021 and built our Human Resources team from the ground up. As the company rapidly expanded, Megan identified the need for streamlined people management systems and implemented solutions that aligned with Shaker’s driven culture. In addition to overseeing hiring, driver recruiting, benefits management, and employee morale, Megan leverages her supply chain background to support the operations team as needed.

Megan began her HR career in 2013 in the energy industry before transitioning to logistics. She holds a B.A. in Communications from SUNY Oneonta and is a SHRM-certified professional.
