Matt joined Shaker in 2016 as a Logistics Coordinator and has held several roles before becoming Director of Logistics Services in 2023. His daily mission is to streamline logistics services, implementing small adjustments through coaching or overseeing larger projects that align with Shaker’s values and goals. Whether on a call with a customer or vendor, collaborating with the operations team on complex logistics challenges, or strategizing with leadership, Matt is hands-on in driving continuous improvement.

Matt’s logistics career began with a truckload carrier in Oregon, where he gained experience in dispatch and logistics roles before joining Shaker.

He holds an MA in English from Loyola University Chicago.
