John joined Shaker Logistics in 2022 with over 10 years of experience in logistics safety and compliance. Believing that safety starts at the top, John personally conducts all road tests for new drivers and continuously coaches them to improve safety and professionalism He also monitors compliance daily, handles insurance reports, and stays current with advancements in safety technology to ensure Shaker remains at the forefront of safety in the industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the food service supply chain, John supports the fleet and operations teams in numerous ways. He is a Certified Safety Director and holds an associate degree in business management from Schenectady County Community College.
